The Nasarawa State First Lady showers encomium to the Nasarawa State Government for prioritising pilgrims’ welfare, said her office will remain supportive to enable the board to succeed in its operations.
She made this known when she hosted the Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Almakura, in her office in Lafia on Thursday.
Hajiya Salifat Abdullahi Sule also commended the level of commitment in the 2025 hajj preparation under the leadership of Mallam Idris Almakura.
Earlier, the Executive Secretary of the board, Mallam Idris Almakura said the first lady is part of this year’s hajj contingents, as he solicited her support during and after hajj operations.
Mallam Almakura, who reiterated that the board is enjoying the motherly role of the first lady during Hajj exercise, appealed for its sustenance.
