The Plateau State Government has promised to sponsor 500 Musliims for this year’s hajj.
This was made known by the State Chairman of Ja’amatu Nasril Islam, JNI and Emir of Wase, Mohammed Sambo III at an event organized by the Governor to mark the breaking of the Ramadan Fast.
The Chairman of the Ja’amatu Nasril Islam, JNI and Emir of Wase, HRH Mohammed Sambo III while addressing the faithful, applauded Governor Caleb Mutfwang for fulfilling his to the holy city.
He enjoined all Muslim residents in Plateau to ensure they support the present administration in its drive towards repositioning the state.
Governor Caleb Mutfwang expressed willingness and determination to run an all-inclusive Government.
He urged them to embrace peace and support Government policies and programme.
The event was attended by Muslim faithful drawn from the three Senatorial Zones of the state.
