With only a few months to the 1447 AH Hajj season, Saudi authorities have intensified preparations to enhance pilgrims’ experience through improved services and coordination.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced several key achievements, including 24 preparatory meetings with Hajj service providers and the development of 30 operational tracks to boost service efficiency.

The ministry also updated the quantitative and qualitative classification guide for Hajj operations, enhanced housing readiness inspections, and upgraded accommodation and catering contracts to ensure higher compliance and quality.

So far, 25 international Hajj companies and 170 domestic firms have been qualified via the Nusuk Masar platform, while 370 hospitality centers have received approval ahead of the pilgrimage.

Authorities said these developments reflect ongoing efforts to advance the quality and safety of services for all pilgrims year after year.
