Saudi-based Hajj service provider, Maahariq Al Dhahabia, has assured the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria of the timely and efficient implementation of all contractual obligations for Nigerian pilgrims in the 2026 Hajj.

One of the operating officers of the company told Hajj Reporters that its recent meeting with the NAHCON leadership was focused on strengthening coordination, securing institutional support and reaffirming the company’s commitment to prioritising services for Nigerian pilgrims.

“The commission emphasised service delivery, and we assured them that we are fully prepared to serve our brothers and sisters from Nigeria. The chairman and commissioners asked us to provide regular updates on our preparations, and we will continue to do so,” the official said.

The meeting formed part of NAHCON’s pre-Hajj engagements with service providers and was held in Makkah.

It was attended by NAHCON chairman and chief executive officer, Abdullahi Saleh Usman, executive secretaries of state Muslim pilgrims’ welfare boards, commissioners, and senior management staff of the commission.

The engagement is part of ongoing efforts to ensure seamless coordination and improved service delivery for Nigerian pilgrims ahead of the 2026 Hajj season.
