Ithraa Al Dhiyafa, one of the Saudi-based service providers approved by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to serve Private hajj pilgrims under the Association of Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria (AHUON) has reduced the cost of services offered at Mashs’ir for Hajj 2025 pilgrims.
The company announced the reduction via a letter dated 16th February, addressed to the NAHCON Chairman and the leadership of AHUON.
“Regarding the award letter received from NAHCON with reference number: NAHCON/Al/78/Vol.l/102 dated on 16 Jan 2025 (copy attached) and based on requests received from Tour Operators from Nigeria for reaching out very competitive service for money value and due to their challenges in currency and transfers we would like to share with you that we have updated our offer,” the letter reads.
The letter, seen by HAJJ REPORTERS, which was signed by Omar Hisham Mandoura, the Chief Business Development Officer of the company listed the D packages and D+ packages with a reduced cost from 3,806 Saudi Riyal to 3,490 Saudi Riyal.
The company also stated that the offer includes the installation of gypsum boards in Mina, adding “ as a complementary, a split air conditioning unit is installed for every 32 pilgrims, depending on the electrical power available in the camp”.
Ithraa also said the D+ package includes the installation of gypsum boards in Mina.

The company said the new offer reflects a discount of 316 Saudi Riyal for the Mashaer Package D+ price from 3,806 Saudi Riyal to 3,490 Saudi Riyal.
