The Chairman of Ithraa Alkhair group, the company responsible for providing services to pilgrims from Nigeria, Dr Ahmad Sindi has revealed that his company has set is ready to improve the tents at Mina to create more bed spaces for Nigerian pilgrims.
He stated this on Friday while giving an opening remarks at an event his company his hosting to felicitate the Nigerian Hajj 2024 delegation led by the chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Mallam Jalal Ahmad Arabi.
The event is currently holding at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
“ We have already set machinery in motion to improve the facilities in Mina and together with our partners, Kidana, we are talking to see how many of the two level tents we can deploy,” Dr Sindi said.
Speaking in the conduct of the Hajj this year, Dr Sindi said “as far as we are concerned, we have witnessed and experienced the most successful Hajj in many many years so far. Is it the ultimate service? no, but to us it is the ultimate best efforts.”
