The Managing Director of Shurakaa Alkhair Travels has announced the commencement of Refund payments for unrendered services for the 2023 Hajj pilgrims.
The Company, which announced via its official handles and customer services, said those who travelled through the Company and those who were registered via its accredited Agents should contact the office or make contact for a refund.
“We have notified all our customers, especially those who travelled with us during the 2023 hajj, to contact us for verification and payment of the refund. So, we have refunded those with whom we have their direct contacts, and we have instructed our accreditation agents to do the same.
We have made our official lines available for a 24-hour verification exercise. We are also being careful not to remit money to wrong. That is why I direct my accounts section not to pay to a third party whatsoever
