First Lady of Bauchi State showers Pilgrims with Gifts

The First Lady of Bauchi State, Dr. Aisha Bala Muhammad, has generously donated blankets and prayer mats to over 2,700 Bauchi State pilgrims currently performing Hajj in Makkah. This gesture highlights her commitment to the welfare of the state’s citizens.

 

In a congratulatory message, Dr. Aisha Bala Muhammad commended the pilgrims for successfully completing the 2025 Hajj. She encouraged them to embrace the lessons learned during their pilgrimage, stressing the significance of cleanliness, patience, and maintaining a positive attitude.

 

The Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Imam Abdulrahman Ibrahim Idris, expressed gratitude for the pilgrims’ exemplary behavior throughout the Hajj. He also thanked the Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Dr. Bala AbdulKadir Muhammad, for his steadfast support to the pilgrims since 2019.

 

Imam Idris acknowledged the First Lady’s visit to the pilgrims’ hotels, where she distributed gifts to both men and women, and pledged to ensure the gifts are distributed according to her directives. This act of kindness reinforces the spirit of community and support among the pilgrims.
