The Federal Capital Territory Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced that registration for the 2026 Hajj exercise will close on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in compliance with the deadline issued by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
In a public notice, the Board said no payments or registration activities will be accepted after the deadline, whether for new applicants or for outstanding balances. It explained that the early closure is necessary to allow the Board to process all deposits and remit them to NAHCON as required under the 2026 Hajj guidelines.
The Board advised intending pilgrims who fail to meet the deadline to wait for the 2027 Hajj exercise, as late entries will not be entertained.
