Taraba receives suitcases, yellow cards for 2026 Hajj

The Taraba State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has received a consignment of essential items for the 2026 Hajj exercise, including 720 suitcases and 720 yellow cards for intending pilgrims.

The board said the items are critical for the smooth processing and travel of pilgrims to Saudi Arabia, marking a key step in preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage.

According to a statement signed by the Assistant Director of Information, H. B. Muri, the items will soon be distributed to designated intending pilgrims across the state.

The board noted that the development underscores its commitment to ensuring that all pilgrims from Taraba State are adequately equipped for the spiritual journey.

It added that arrangements are underway to commence distribution, urging intending pilgrims to remain patient and await further directives.

The board expressed optimism that the timely provision of the items would contribute to a hitch-free and successful Hajj operation for all participants from the state.
