An award-winning and Leading Hajj and Umrah Travel and Tour Company, Al-Khautar Travels and Tours, has announced a series of structural changes aimed at improving service delivery and ensuring a smoother experience for pilgrims in the 2026 Hajj season.

In a statement signed by the company’s Managing Director, Hajiya Rabiat Umar, Al-Khautar said preparations for next year’s Hajj have already commenced, with major reforms targeting accommodation, transportation, and communication.

“We have decided to begin our planning earlier, and one of the key measures is to ensure pilgrims know their exact room and bed space assignments at all locations before departure,” the statement read.

The company said it would leverage Saudi Arabia’s new numbering system for Tent A in Mina to streamline the allocation of bed spaces and enhance organisation.

On transportation, Hajiya Rabiat noted that Al-Khautar will now take delivery of buses and depart hotels earlier to avoid traffic delays during the pilgrimage period.

To improve communication, the company plans to establish a dedicated phone line for quick responses and will share updates openly to ensure transparency.

“We don’t look at our pilgrims as customers but as partners. We acknowledge our shortcomings this year, and we are committed to turning those lessons into stronger operations,” she said.

Al-Khautar pledged to maintain better coordination and customer service while expressing hope that Allah accepts the efforts and sacrifices of all pilgrims.
