HAJJ 2024: AIRLIFT OF BAUCHI PILGRIMS BEGINS MAY 17

The Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board said airlift of intending pilgrims for hajj 2024 will commence on May 17, 2024, starting with pilgrims of Hajj Savings Scheme, some Board pilgrims, pilgrims from  Misau, Danbam, Dass and few from Tafawa Balewa Local Government Areas.

The Executive Secretary of the Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris made this known in a press briefing held today at the Sultan Saad Abubakar Hajj Camp, Bauchi.

He noted that Bauchi State has *2680* pilgrims, emphasising that the outbound trip  would be in sequence, starting from Friday 17th   to Tuesday 21st May, 2024.

“We have made flight schedule for the first, second and third flight and pasted at the Board headquarters and the remaining two flights would be ready tomorrow Wednesday, 14, 2024” Imam Abdurrahman said.

He said the time is so limited and therefore advised  intending pilgrims to check their names from the  flight schedule to allow themselves prepared for the journey.

He warned those that may refused to show up during their flight, saying that inline with the new policy guide line, the act would not be tolerated.
