The Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, has today inaugurated a Security Committee to coordinate security agencies for the protection of the lives and properties of intending pilgrims.
Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u stated that the Board is ready to provide all necessary equipment for the protection of the pilgrims.
The Director General extended his wishes for God’s protection and success in the discharge of their duties.
On his part, the leader of the Security Committee, ASP Bara’u Garba, promised to do everything possible to assist the Board beyond security measures.
ASP Bara’u Garba added that the Committee includes representatives from all national security agencies.
He thanked the Board for the opportunity given to them.
