Hajj 2024: Bauchi inaugural flight departs to Saudi Arabia as Amirul Hajj urges pilgrims to be good ambassadors

The Bauchi State 2024 Amerul Hajj Urged the state intending Pilgrims to be good ambassadors and exhibit high level of obedience and respect to Saudi laid dawn rule and regulations.

The  Amerul hajj who doubles as the His Royal Highness the Emir of Dass, Alh. Usman Bilyaminu Othman made the admonition at a special farewell to the first batch of pilgrims held at the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport after their boarding.

The Emir of Dass noted that the commitment of Governor Bala Abdulkadir administration on religious issues is a clear indication of his interest on spiritual wellbeing of the people.

While wishing them a Hajj Mabrur, the Amerul hajj Urged the prospective pilgrims who have an apportunity to perform this year pilgrimage to pray for the Governor,. Bauchi State and country at large.

In his remarks,  the Chairman of the committee on Information and publicity of Amerul hajj team Alh. Yayanuwa Zainabari unvailed the smoothest nature of the operation, attributed the success to the  Governor’s support and he therefore reiterated Government commitment to ensure wellbeing of pilgrims throughout the excercise.

Earlear, in his interview with the press before taking up of the first  flight, the  Executive Secretary Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris announced that the first flight of Bauchi has successfully departed the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi to Saudi Arabia with 530 pilgrims.

Imam Abdurrahman added that the Bauchi has made arrangements to commence the screening of the Second flight from Tomorrow Saturday 18th May, 2024 by 10:00 am.

He appreciated the compliances recieved from the first batch of the intending pilgrims, urged the subsequent batches to do best.
