The Association for Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria (AHUON) has formally requested the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to provide detailed information and a presentation on the arrangements for Tent D (Rawaf Mina) ahead of the 2025 Hajj.
In a letter addressed to the Chairman/CEO of NAHCON, AHUON emphasized the need for clarity regarding the exact location and available services at Tent D, which will host Nigerian private tour operators and their pilgrims during the Mina phase of the pilgrimage.
Signed by AHUON National President Alhaji Abdul Lateef Yusuf Ekundayo and National Secretary Nasir Chamo, the association noted that other service providers have already received similar information and urged NAHCON to extend the same to private operators to ensure smooth planning and coordination.
“This early presentation will enable effective planning, allocation, and smooth coordination of pilgrims’ movement and welfare during the Mina phase of the pilgrimage,” the letter stated.
AHUON reaffirmed its commitment to supporting NAHCON’s efforts in ensuring a successful and well-coordinated Hajj operation.
