IN DETAILS: The new regulatory procedures to obtain Umrah Visa via Nusuk

by admin

Starting from the 14th of Dhul-Hijjah, new regulatory procedures have been adopted on the “Nusuk” platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, stipulating the following:

🚫 No Umrah visa will be issued unless the following conditions are met:

â¿¡ A confirmed hotel reservation in Makkah and Madinah

â¿¢ The hotel must be licensed by the Civil Defense and the Saudi Tourism Authority

â¿£ The reservation dates must match the pilgrim’s entry and exit dates

⿤ The hotel must receive electronic approval for the reservation through the platform

â¿¥ Link the hotel reservation to the entire Umrah program before submitting the visa application

—🔴 Accordingly:

âš  No person may obtain an individual Umrah visa (visa only) or travel alone without an authorized agency unless they have an official, documented, and electronically approved accommodation reservation.

âš  Random reservations, unauthorized accommodations, or reservations made through unofficial intermediaries directly lead to visa rejection by the electronic system.

✅ What’s the solution then?

🔹 Ensure that the accommodations are official, authorized, and approved.

🔹 Organize the program (accommodation + transportation + insurance) before applying for the visa.

🎯 The goal of these procedures is to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims and to regulate the movement of accommodations in Mecca and Medina.

With our utmost respect and appreciation.
