In a press release issued by the company’s management, the aviation firm revealed that several items remain in its Lost & Found Department and must be claimed before May 10, 2025, or risk being disposed of in line with aviation security and regulatory protocols.
Affected pilgrims or their authorised representatives are advised to send their claims via email to [email protected], along with the following documents for verification:
– A valid ID or travel documents
– A copy of their Hajj 2022 or 2023 boarding pass or ticket
– A clear description of the baggage and its contents
