The former Executive Secretary of Kano State Muslim pilgrims’ welfare board, Ambassador Muhammad Abbah Dambatta (Sarkin Noma) has congratulated the newly appointed Chairman/CEO of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria Alh Jalal Ahmed Arabi

A statement personally signed by the immediate past Kano pilgrims board Executive Secretary describes the appointment as timely and well deserved that will brings development to the hajj industry and creates a positive environment for the deliverance of satisfactory services to Nigeria pilgrims.

 

“I personally commend President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing a highly experienced administrator to captain the ship of hajj and Umrah industry at this particular moment. The President has demonstrated his sense of patriotism and high level of leadership qualities.”

 

Ambassador Dambatta also urges the new Chairman to learn from the mistakes of outgoing board and called on  stakeholders in the hajj industry to support the new leadership.

 

“The appointment of Jalal Ahmed Arabi is a welcome step forward in the hajj industry. His track record and wealth of experience as a technocrat will enable him to consolidate on previous achievement of the commission and create synergy within hajj service circle for easy and efficient coordination during hajj operations.
