The Kaduna State Pilgrims Agency said it is yet to officially make an announcement for the start of registration for 2025 hajj pilgrims but he started receiving applications for the registration of hajj pilgrims.
“The Agency did not announce its commencement because it has many leftover pilgrims from the 2024 Hajj who could not make it for the 2024 Hajj due to late payment. The Agency has rolled them over to the 2025 Hajj and continued to accept fresh applications for registration for 2025 Hajj.
Reacting to the HAJJ REPORTERS post, the Director of Operations of the Agency, Alh Abubakar Usman said the board has a reasonable number of 2024 hajj intending pilgrims who have been carried over to the 2025 hajj season.
“We have some carried-over pilgrims from the 2024 hajj and we have also started receiving some applications from those who intend to register for the 2025 hajj and as soon as we submit our report for the 2024 hajj, we will formally launch the commencement of the exercise.
Alh Abubakar’s further said that some Intending pilgrims have signify interest to pay via HSS and have been asked to do so We will definitely make official announcement before the weeks runs out.
