Some of the pilgrims who travelled to Hajj 2026 through Alkauthar Travels and Tours Abuja have commended the company for providing excellent services to them while in the holy land.
The pilgrims gave the commendation while speaking to Hajj Reporters at the King Abdulazeez International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on the eve of their return to Nigeria.
“This is my first time travelling with Alkauthar and for me, what stands out is that when you have an issue, you have someone you can talk to directly and they take it over and resolve it immediately,” one of the pilgrims, Lukman Haruna said.
Alhaji Haruna said as a first-time pilgrim, he had hoped for more practical demonstration of the Hajj rites during the orientation programme which was held before departure to Saudi Arabia.
“I advise that new pilgrims should be exposed to practical orientation not just theories. Over all, I can rate Alkauthar 7 out of 10 for services rendered,” he said.
Another pilgrim, Abdullahi Garba Ginda on his part said Alkauthar has lived up to expectations.
“Alkauthar is one of the best companies in terms of services. I performed Ramadan Umrah with them and now Hajj. It has been both a wonderful experience for me honestly. I can rate them 9 out of 10,” he said.
Also speaking, another first-time pilgrim, Abdul-Lateef Adedeji Jimoh said he is satisfied with the services rendered.
“For me, it is Alhamdu Lillah to the organisers. Both from Nigeria and in Madinah, the experience has been a beautiful one. We look forward to many more Hajj trips with Alkauthar Insha Allah,” he said.
A female pilgrim, Hajiya Hafsat Jimoh Abdulazeez also told the path of her fellow male pilgrims by commending the company for offering quality services.
“My experience was good. I just need to observe that there is need for improvements in some areas, especially with communication. There should be a quick response to inquiries and provision of all relevant information at the right time,” she said
