As part of preparations for the 2025 Hajj, the Executive Director of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Yunusa Abdullahi Dankama, today visited the Katsina Zone to inspect the ongoing Hajj orientation exercise for intending pilgrims.
During the visit, Alhaji Dankama commended the pilgrims for their orderly conduct and expressed his appreciation for the seriousness they demonstrated throughout the exercise. Addressing the pilgrims, he outlined the Board’s comprehensive preparations for a successful Hajj, emphasizing efforts to secure quality accommodation, food, and transportation arrangements in the holy land.
Speaking on behalf of the Board, Alhaji Dankama assured the pilgrims of the state government’s commitment to their welfare during the pilgrimage. He advised them to focus on the spiritual purpose of their journey, urging them to act as worthy ambassadors of Katsina State by upholding dignity and respect throughout their stay.
The orientation exercise is part of a series of activities designed to prepare the pilgrims for a smooth and successful Hajj experience.
