The Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Alh. Jalal Ahmed Arabi has called on officials from States Muslim pilgrims welfare boards to ensure that they comply strictly with the 2025 Hajj calendar that was released on Wednesday by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Jalal Arabi made the call while delivering his welcome address at a post Arafat meeting currently holding in Makkah l.
The meeting is convened to review the operational challenges faced in the just concluded Hajj 2024 season and to preview 2025 plans.
He said the recognition of some countries by Saudi Arabia for complying with timeline is a challenge that Nigeria must work hard to meet.
