Two key Saudi service providers, Mashariq Zahbiyyah and Ikram Daefu, have pledged full compliance with their contractual obligations to serve Nigerian state pilgrims during the upcoming Hajj rites at Masha’ir.
Mr. Ramy Labany, CEO of Mashariq Zahbiyyah, and Mr. Sau’d Zeeni, MD of Ikram Daefu, gave the assurances separately during meetings with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON)’s Makkah Advance Team and officials from the Nigerian Consulate General in Jeddah.
Both executives emphasized that providing services to the “guests of Allah” is not only a responsibility but a sacred trust requiring full accountability.
Speaking at the meetings, Nigeria’s Consul General, Amb. Ibrahim Muazzam, stressed the country’s commitment to high standards and warned that substandard service would not be tolerated.
Also speaking, NAHCON’s Deputy Makkah Coordinator, Alidu Shutti, assured that strategies have been deployed to ensure Nigerian pilgrims receive value for the payments made. He urged both firms to cooperate fully throughout the operations.
